Striking early page 4 original artwork from Brave and the Bold #116 (DC, 1975) by the super-talented Jim Aparo (pencils and inks). This scene is from the classic tale, "Grasp of the Killer Cult," by seasoned scribe Bob Haney and features the three main players; Batman, Commissioner Gordon and hard-boiled New York Police Detective, Jim Corrigan (The Spectre), investigating a trio of brutal, and yet quite puzzling murders. This piece is also graced with beautiful images of a sexy night club dancer in the first two panels.

This is one of the most memorable stories from this anthology title and presents Aparo's remarkable talents in the prime peak of his illustrious career.
