Phantom Stranger Vol. 2 #41 page 5 (DC, 1976) original artwork by the talented Fred Carrillo (pencils and inks). From the story (written by Russell Carley) entitled, "Will the real Black Orchid Please Stand Up?", this outstanding page features not one, not two, but THREE Black Orchids as Ronnie Kuhn, dressed in a Black Orchid costume stops Karen Jensen, the leader of the Black Orchid Legion from escaping. The one authentic Black Orchid (Susan Linden) thanks Ronnie for her timely intervention before flying off into the moonlit twilight.

Black Orchid artwork is very tough to find in the marketplace, especially one that is so fully loaded with such beautiful images of the mysterious heroine in full action against her adversaries.
