Key pivotal moment in the WildC.A.T.S. mythos as the darkly beautiful, yet troubled heroine Voodoo has had enough of WildC.A.T.S., as well as Emp and Zealot and their "Phony War" on this end page. Here she decides to leave the team by stating, "This is where we reach the end of the road here on Khera. Its all over." This is a lovely and dramatic close-up drawing of Voodoo by the extremely talented Charest, with a light pencil note from the artist written on the white background behind Voodoo that reads, "Please stat cover of Wildcats #1 inside, pleas bend image to curve with shape of screen. Thanks, Travis." And, this is exactly what conservationist James Pascoe has done to match the published version of the splash page. The result is eye popping and quite SENSATIONAL to say the least.
