Even though O'l Web-Head has just beaten the crap out of Boomerang, he now must face an even greater threat when Doctor Conners partakes of the Lifeline formula, which he had been concocting under iron hand of Hammerhead, to instantly transform into his savage alter-ego. Spidey is now in great peril as the Lizard looms over him with murderous intent. One of the VERY BEST images of the Lizard that we have ever seen, along with Rude doing his best homage John Romita Sr. style Spider-Man.
