This beautiful and impressive full color Limited Lithograph is title "Yankee 7," boldly signed by Hall of Fame baseball great Mickey Mantle in black sharpie marker and likewise signed by the talented artist Samantha CM Wendell in pencil. Mickey Mantle was one of the greatest and most legendary players to ever compete in the MLB, bar none. Some of his extraordinary accomplishments on the baseball diamond include the following stats; 7x World Series Champion, 20x All-Star, 3x AL MVP, Triple Crown Winner in 1956, Gold Glove Award in 1962, 4x home run leader, .298 lifetime batting average, 2,415 lifetime hits, 536 home runs and 1,509 RBI's. He is also a member of the MLB All-Century Team with his jersey #7 retired. Is fact, Mantle's remarkable accomplishments on the baseball field are so legendary, that he ranks as perhaps, the greatest of all the New York Yankees, second only to the great "Bambino" - Babe Ruth himself.



This gorgeous piece is in like-new NM condition and measures a WHOPPING 28" x 36," with the actual image measuring 24" x 30." This example is a low number of 27 out of a total of 250 LE prints ever produced. It was produced in 1990 by Sports and The Arts, come with its original Certificate of Authenticity and is quite difficult to find, due to its very low limited print run. This piece is beautifully and professionally double-matted and framed and ready, as is, to be hung on the wall of any Mickey Mantle enthusiast.
